The work-order slip on the office wall, now a text message.

Text a request in plain English. The right person gets it, confirms it, and gets reminded if they go quiet. You get told when it's done, or when it's stuck.

Work Request#0417
From Front office
To Facilities
Request "Gym floor needs mopping before 3."
DONE

How a request moves

  1. 01

    You text it

Plain English, to the number your school already has posted. No form, no app to open first.

  2. 02

    It's routed and confirmed

The right person is texted, and has to confirm they got it, so a request never just sits unread.

  3. 03

    Silence gets a nudge

No reply after a while, and they're reminded. Still nothing, and you're told it stalled before it's forgotten.

  4. 04

    Done means done

When it's finished, you're texted. The loop closes without anyone chasing a hallway conversation.

No student data

Staff-only, by design. No student names, grades, or records are ever collected, stored, or texted, not as a policy that could change, but as a rule the system can't break.
