Outpost is a staff-only coordination tool. We collect only: staff name, role, phone number, and the text of work requests staff send to each other (e.g. "restock paper towels in the east wing bathroom").

We never collect, store, or transmit student information of any kind: no names, grades, medical information, attendance, or behavior records. This is a permanent design rule, not a current policy that could change.

Phone numbers and message content are used only to operate the coordination loop (deliver, acknowledge, remind, notify). We do not sell or share data with third parties, and we do not use message content for advertising.

Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Reply STOP at any time to a message from this service to opt out immediately; reply HELP for support.

Data is retained only as long as needed to operate the service for your school and is deleted on request or when a school's account is closed.
